Description
Take a trip around the world without leaving the City of Philadelphia! Each July Walnut Hill College opens our kitchens, dining rooms and dorms to high school juniors (Class of 2026) for a three days, two nights action packed Summer Institute. During the day students are submersed in the hospitality industry taking classes in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts and Hospitality Management. Each night is a night on the town to see what the lovely City of Philadelphia has to offer. It all concludes the last night when family and friends return to enjoy a Family Festival that showcases what each student learned during their three days on campus. And one of the best parts, no parents! (Even though you are fully chaperoned by WHC staff and faculty).
