Description
In this class, Chef Joey shares how to cook vegan-friendly ginger-soy stir fry full of protein and flavor. Harness the power of tofu as an egg replacement for a vegan aioli. Then, sit down and enjoy your freshly cooked meal paired perfectly with a glass of wine.

- Where is the class?
All community education classes are held in the instructional kitchens at Walnut Hill College. We are located at 4207 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104. Please arrive a few minutes early and check-in at the front desk.
- What should I bring?
All tools & ingredients will be provided for you! Be sure to wear comfortable, kitchen safe clothing - close-toed shoes and hair tied back. Try to avoid flowy sleeves or dangling jewelry.
- Where can I park?
Walnut Hill College offers free, on-site parking for all guests. The lot is attached directly to the main building at 4207 Walnut Street.
