Description
Walnut Hill College is proud to present its annual Educator's Day!
This exciting and educational professional development day on Walnut Hill College's campus is intended for CTE and Secondary School educators as well as advisors of culinary arts, pastry arts and hospitality management programs.
The full day of education development will conclude with a sampling of our famous "Holiday Buffet". Even better, there will be a chance to win some great prizes for our attendees.
Outline of the Day's Events:
8:30am-9:00am - Check in and Breakfast
9:00am - Welcome Address
9:10am-10:00am - Active Demonstration Session in our Main Bistro
10:10am-11:10am - Development Session One***
11:10am-12:10pm - Development Session Two***
12:10pm-1:10pm - Development Session Three***
1:30pm-2:30pm - Lunch (A sampling from our Holiday Buffet)
2:30pm - Closing Remarks and Prize Drawling**
**Please note that attendees must be present to be eligible to win our Walnut Hill Exclusive prize. Experience is non-transferable. Additional eligibility rules apply.
***Session descriptions will be available closer to the event. Each attendee will attend all three sessions, the order of your experience will depend on your event "Track" color
Questions & Answers
Yes! We have a private lot for all educator's to park in located right on our campus next to the mansion.
Check in will open at 8:30am with a continental breakfast available and the first "class" will begin at 9am. If you are going to be a little late please reach out to Mrs. Jessica Dougherty.
The event ends around 2:30pm with a raffle drawing.

Our sessions, including the active demonstration, will touch on Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts, Hospitality skills and strategies and tactics for educators.
We ask that no more than 2 educators from each school attends due to space limitations.
Each educator must register individually for the event.
